ASK Chemicals LLC is hiring a 3D Printing Operator/Technician in Alfred Station, NY to support the production, processing, and maintenance associated with our 3D printing business.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate 3D printers and related technologies.
- Receive and prioritize all requests
- Manage queues and execute 3D prints
- Post process 3D prints
- Inspect 3D Printed models for quality
- Ensure proper inventory levels are obtained.
- Ensure the 3D area is organized and cleanliness is maintained on daily and regular basis.
- Comply with policies, procedures and reporting requirements relating to safety/heath, performance standards, operating procedures, processes, and training.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on 3D printers.
- Troubleshoot and repair 3D printers and associated components.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Related experience with computer/peripheral maintenance and repair, printer servicing or similar background.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent problem definition and resolution skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage tasks.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Solid verbal and written English language communication skills.
- This is a technical as well as physical position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
