We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Principal/Dean of Administration to join our educational leadership team. Duties
- Lead and support the development and implementation of innovative curriculum strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals aligned with the school’s vision and mission.
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively to support educational programs.
- Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders to secure additional resources.
- Supervise faculty and staff through mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication across all school levels through public speaking engagements, staff meetings, and community outreach.
- Support classroom teachers by providing guidance on instructional best practices and supervising classroom activities.
- Promote a positive school climate that encourages collaboration, respect, and student well-being.
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or senior leadership roles within schools or educational organizations.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and management of resources.
- Experience in supervising staff and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of education policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Working experience with fundraising initiatives to support school programs and initiatives.

Pay: $45,371.01 - $50,640.36 per year
