Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day distribution center operations across picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse tasks. This is a multi-function role for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active throughout the shift. You’ll help keep orders accurate, inventory organized, and shipments moving on time.
Core Responsibilities
Picking & Packing
- Pick customer and transfer orders accurately using pick tickets or scanners
- Verify items and quantities during pick and pack steps
- Pack orders according to company packing standards
- Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
- Flag shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately
Receiving
- Receive inbound shipments and compare against packing slips and POs
- Check product condition and quantities
- Label and stage received goods
- Enter or scan receipts into the WMS/ERP system
Stocking & Inventory
- Put away product into correct warehouse locations
- Replenish pick locations from overstock as needed
- Consolidate and organize inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts
- Follow all inventory control and scan verification procedures
General Warehouse Labor
- Move materials and product throughout the facility
- Build and break down pallets
- Keep aisles, racks, and workstations clean and organized
- Follow safety standards and operating procedures
- Support special projects and peak volume needs
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to follow process and work instructions
- Basic computer or scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience with WMS and Handled scanners
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
- Experience in distribution, e-commerce, or CPG environments
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for most of the shift
- Lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Comfortable working on concrete floors in a warehouse setting
