Duties
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment through picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes following established procedures
- Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing warehouse storage areas for optimal accessibility
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, completing documentation, and ensuring accuracy
- Use basic math skills to count inventory items, calculate weights or measurements for packaging, and verify order quantities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order picking & packing while adhering to safety standards
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math proficiency to accurately handle inventory counts and measurements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining safety standards
