Job Title: Outpatient Therapy Leader

Duties:

Administer the operations of the Outpatient therapy department, including clinical oversight, program development, billing, budget, recruiting, retention, marketing, and quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer rules and regulations, and maintain high standards of care using evidence-based practice.

Supervise and support therapy staff, including orientation, training, competency verification, and caseload management.

Develop and implement business development initiatives, marketing strategies, and quality standards for program outcomes and performance improvement.

Communicate effectively with administration, physicians, the public, and medical personnel, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and community education programs.
Qualifications:

Active State Licensure/Registration and National Certification for required disciplines.

Working knowledge of various payers and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with revenue/expense information and budgetary control.
