This is not an easy job.
You'll start at 5:00 AM.
You'll be on your feet for most of your shift.
You'll be moving fast.
You'll lift trays.
You'll work against production deadlines.
You'll be expected to perform consistently, even when you're tired.

- Bake and decorate breads and pastries to company standards
- Prepare creams, fillings, and sauces
- Shape, proof, and handle dough
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements
- At least 1 year of kitchen or food service experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and moving for 6–8 hours per shift
- Available for early morning starts
