We are seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to support classroom instruction, work with small groups of students, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Support classroom instruction under the direction of the teacher

Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts

Assist with reading, writing, and academic activities

Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
-
Monitor students in various settings (classroom, playground, etc.)

Provide clerical and instructional support to teachers
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
One of the following
-
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
-
Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds
-
Experience working with elementary students (K–1 preferred)

Experience supporting behavior and small group instruction
-
60 college credits, OR Passing score on Paraprofessional Praxis Exam
