- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, curriculum development, and instructional best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and academic development through meetings or written updates.

- Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning tailored for high school learners.

- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational compliance regulations within secondary education settings.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs; experience working with teenagers is essential.
- Background in social sciences education—including history, civics, linguistics—and higher education teaching experience preferred.
- Skills in research methodologies, library services utilization, literacy education techniques, and educational administration practices.
