Elevate Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated LCPC or LCSW-C to join our growing team. This is a primarily telehealth position serving clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
- Complete diagnostic evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and other therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and insurance-compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team to support integrated care.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide appropriate crisis intervention when necessary.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
- Participate in case consultation and team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Active LCPC or LCSW-C license in Maryland required. DC and/or Virginia licensure is a plus.
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and engaged with the treatment team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.

Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
