Production Assembly Worker
We are seeking skilled labor that is a dependable and motivated individual to join our production assembly team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
- Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, and saws safely and effectively
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - will be tested
- Previous carpentry or construction-related experience preferred
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Ability to efficiently read and use a tape measure
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Fork Truck experience

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
