Under the direction of the site Administrator, the preschool teacher will provide developmentally appropriate care and curriculum for 3-4 year old children. The setting will provide a continuum of options for both special needs and typically developing children. The teacher will participate in curriculum and program development as well as periodic student assessments to ensure quality early-childhood education.

Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with age-level endorsement issued by CDA National Credentialing Program-Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition and 6 months on-the-job training and/or work experience in a licensed child care center. Or, Child Development Associate Teacher Permit, Teacher Permit or Master Teacher Permit issued by the California Commission Teacher Credentialing.
