- ASD Lighting Corp is a rapidly growing lighting manufacturing company, and we are looking for an individual to be part of this exciting growth. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication skills to assist in enhancing our customer service experience. - Our ideal candidate will have BS in Accounting, plus 2+ years experience, or 5 years practical experience with Accounting certification, or min 10 years accounting discipline experience with all functions of accounting process.

- Accountant Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage and assist AR functions Manage and assist AP functions
- Manage and assist Payroll functions
- Receive and post payments
- Email customers updated invoices for payment
- Process and record credit card transactions
- Maintain vendor old and new vendor entries
- Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls pertaining to AR inquiries
- Maintain accurate files in regards to all invoices, receipts, and other customer billing documents
- Accountant Qualifications: College degree in Accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fast-learner, results-oriented, curious person who wants to grow and develop with our company
- Must possess attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere
- Listening, analytical and reasoning skills
- Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
