Independent Route Driver – Part-Time Vending Restock (Philadelphia)
Pay: $100.00 per week (Flat-rate route pay based on an estimated 4–5 hours of work). Will be adjusted based upon increase in number of locations.

About the Role
We are a local, family-owned smart vending business looking for a reliable, independent Vending Machine Route Driver to join us as a long-term partner. If you love the total independence and are interested in learning about a new industry, this might be the job for you.
You will be responsible for picking up inventory, driving to our high-end vending machine locations, and ensuring they are clean, fully stocked, and looking great. No customers to deal with—just you, your music, and the route.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inventory Pickup: Load pre-packed cases of drinks, snacks, and fresh food into your vehicle.
- Merchandising & Restocking: Drive to designated locations, open the machines, fill them according to a visual layout plan, and rotate stock so the freshest items are in front.
- Basic Maintenance: Wipe down the outside of the machine, clear any minor wrapper jams, and ensure the machine is clean and inviting.
- Inventory Tracking: Spend a few minutes tracking what was loaded using a simple app on your phone.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Vehicle: Must own and operate a reliable, clean SUV, Minivan, or Cargo Van capable of transporting multiple large cases of drinks and snacks safely. (Sedans are not large enough for this route).
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 lbs (e.g., heavy cases of drinks) consistently throughout the shift.
- Tech Savvy: Must own a smartphone with a reliable data plan to track inventory updates.
- Background: Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
