Our purpose is to accelerate healing and restore vitality — through the power of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
We are Fresno's premier hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) wellness clinic. Our clients come to us for a wide range of wellness goals — post-surgical recovery, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, long-COVID, sports performance, and proactive health optimization. Some arrive on a provider's recommendation. Others find us because they're ready to invest in their recovery and want access to leading HBOT technology.
Our environment is calm, intentional, and client-centered. We're a small team, and every person here shapes the experience our clients have. Right now, we're looking for someone who can be that steady, capable presence — from the moment a client walks in to the moment they step out of the chamber.
Our Core Values
Compassion First: Lead every interaction with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
United Strength: Collaborate selflessly to create seamless and uplifting member experiences.
Relentless Excellence: Pursue the highest standards in safety, precision, and clinical care.
Above & Beyond: Taking ownership and initiative to go beyond the clinic standards.
The Role
This is a dual-function position — part HBOT technician, part front desk coordinator. You'll be trained to safely operate our Fortius 420 hard-shell hyperbaric chambers and monitor clients through their sessions. You'll also be the first voice clients hear when they call, the first face they see when they arrive, and the person keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who takes ownership, follows protocols precisely, and genuinely cares about the people in their care. If you're the kind of person who notices what needs doing before being asked — this role was built for you.
We are a growing small company, meaning our hours are expanding. We will be opening up evening and weekend hours in the near future. Evening and weekend availability are required.
What You'll Be Doing
HBOT Operations:
- Prepare, operate, and monitor our Fortius 420 hard-shell hyperbaric chambers
- Walk clients through their first session orientation and answer questions throughout their care
- Monitor clients during pressurization, treatment, and depressurization — calmly and attentively
- Complete session documentation in JaneApp accurately after every visit
- Perform post-session chamber cleaning, maintenance checks, and readiness prep
- Log any equipment concerns promptly and communicate them to the Operations Lead
Front Desk & Client Experience:
- Greet clients warmly, manage check-in, and keep appointments running on time
- Handle phone inquiries, scheduling, and follow-up communications via JaneApp and CallHero
- Answer questions about our services, packages, and pricing with accuracy and confidence
- Process payments and maintain organized client records
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment at all times
Between Sessions:
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist with research tasks as directed (condition-specific content, referral outreach support, etc.)
- Contribute to social media content and scheduling
- Support marketing initiatives including outreach materials, campaigns, and community engagement efforts
Administrative:
- Comfortable with technology — we use Google Suite, Slack, JaneApp, and CallHero daily
- Able to provide consistent high quality services with little supervision
- Able to respond to client requests and support multiple clients at a time
- Able to adapt and be flexible with changes during the shift, including evening/weekend availability as we expand
You'd Be a Great Fit If...
A background in a clinical or allied health setting is required — examples include EMT, CNA, medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar healthcare roles. This is a medical environment and prior experience working with patients or in a clinical setting is essential.
- You're calm under pressure and take client safety seriously
- You're warm, professional, and people naturally feel at ease around you
- You're detail-oriented and hold yourself accountable to doing things the right way
- You can follow a protocol precisely and communicate clearly when something's off
- You're comfortable in a small-team environment where everyone wears more than one hat
- You don't need to be micromanaged — you figure out what needs doing and do it
No prior HBOT experience required — we provide full training. What we can't train is work ethic, people skills, and genuine care for others. Bring those, and we'll teach you everything else.
What You'll Get
- Paid HBOT technician training
- Hourly compensation commensurate with experience ($20-$22/hr)
- Consistent part-time schedule with clinic hours that respect your time
- Quarterly team outings
- A tight-knit team that communicates well and actually works together
- A front-row seat to a growing wellness clinic in Fresno's health and recovery space
