Home Investments is a Portsmouth-based residential restoration and construction company serving the greater Hampton Roads region. With 10+ years of steady growth, the company has built strong B2B restoration partnerships while expanding into roofing, plumbing, and residential direct-to-consumer services. The next phase of the business is centered on strategic diversification, leadership development, and operational scaling.
This role is responsible for owning projects from award through completion. You will coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, with profitability, scheduling accuracy, and execution quality serving as key performance metrics.
- Schedule crews and subcontractors
- Order materials and manage vendor relationships
- Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
- Track expenses and manage budgets
- Coordinate with clients and maintain satisfaction
- Drive job profitability and hit margin targets
- Utilize JobTread software, with prior experience preferred
- 3 to 7 or more years of residential project management experience
- Restoration or remodeling background preferred
- Experience managing multiple trades
- Strong communication skills and financial oversight capability
- Familiarity with JobTread or similar project management software
- Full-time, W-2 employment
- Pay range of $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based compensation structure is possible
