Position Overview
Four Seasons Building & Remodeling is looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for job costing, managing subcontractors, conducting site visits, reading blueprints, and making sure projects stay on schedule and on budget.
You will be the point person for your assigned projects and will ensure quality workmanship, clear communication, and smooth coordination between homeowners, subcontractors, and the office.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight
- Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and specifications
- Plan project timelines and sequence of trades
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and company standards
Job Costing & Budget Control
- Track job costs (labor, materials, subcontractors)
- Compare actual costs to estimated budgets
- Approve subcontractor invoices
- Identify potential overruns early and report them
- Maintain profitability on assigned projects
Subcontractor Management
- Schedule subcontractors in the proper order
- Ensure subs understand scope before starting
- Verify work is completed correctly and on time
- Hold subs accountable to quality and performance standards
- Resolve field issues quickly and professionally
Site Visits & Quality Control
- Perform regular site visits
- Inspect workmanship and ensure code compliance
- Address issues before they become problems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communication
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding progress and expectations
- Provide updates to ownership and office staff
- Document changes, delays, and field conditions
- Assist in processing change orders when needed
Requirements
- Experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects
- Strong understanding of job costing and budgeting
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Experience coordinating multiple trades
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with customers and subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Reliable transportation and willingness to perform regular site visits

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
