As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play an important role in connecting with homeowners, educating them about pest control services, and recommending solutions that fit their needs. The Entry Level Sales Representative position focuses on customer engagement, relationship building, and helping customers make informed decisions about protecting their homes and families.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with residential customers to assess pest control needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Educate homeowners on pest prevention, treatment options, and the benefits of ongoing pest control services.
- Present service plans and pricing options while assisting customers through the enrollment process.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, product knowledge, and excellent communication.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by generating new accounts and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Address customer questions and concerns with confidence and a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and service documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to support overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face in residential neighborhoods.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
