Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team at Crumbl. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, coach and motivate team members, and help maintain the high standards that make Crumbl a favorite.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bakery operations and shift management.
- Lead, coach, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
- Help manage inventory, product preparation, and merchandising.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support the General Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Open and close the bakery as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a passion for teamwork and customer service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one) as required by local regulations.
