What Success Looks Like
- Producing $1,500–$3,000+ in sold work per day
- Consistently delivering a 5-star customer experience
- Performing thorough electrical safety evaluations
- Building trust with homeowners through education, not pressure
- Presenting multiple solutions and helping customers make informed decisions
- Completing high-quality electrical work safely and efficiently
- Taking ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
- Following up on opportunities and driving estimates to close
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting residential electrical issues
- Performing electrical safety inspections
- Identifying safety concerns and code deficiencies
- Building and presenting electrical solutions
- Performing service work and installations
- Completing panel replacements and upgrades
- Installing EV chargers and dedicated circuits
- Installing whole-home surge protection
- Performing generator and backup power work
- Maintaining clear communication with homeowners
- Creating estimates and closing opportunities in the home
What We're Looking For
- Residential electrical experience required
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing and presenting options
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
