Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Associate to help lead our dynamic marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels for our small nonprofit. In this role, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence. Duties
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using WIX, SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings across content management systems like WIX and other platforms.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems to produce compelling digital assets.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention using SalesForce CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Google AdWords), social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content creation software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid knowledge of content management systems such as WIX or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategies for conversion optimization and performance marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills combined with graphic design capabilities for creating engaging digital content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Pay: $34,500.00 - $41,000.00 per year
