We are looking to hire a full-time Day & Night Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Acute Care/Emergency Department in Dayton, WA!
At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has 1-2 CNA’s staffed to assist RN’s with patient care. As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation’s available for education and skills practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing

- The night shift differential is $1.25 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, Sunday through Saturday.
- The weekend differential is $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 AM Saturday and 12:00 AM Monday.
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus included!
- Full-Time, 60 Hours (5 Shifts per two-week pay period)
- Day & Night Shift Available
- Shift Differentials for Nights and Weekends
- Will float to other units including Rivers Walk Assisted Living Facility
- Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide and assist with direct patient care services including patient hygiene, activities of daily living, nutritional support, vital signs, EKG's, ambulating and other basic patient care activities. You will interact and maintain public relations with patients, family members, visitors, physicians and other support staff members. You will be responsible for ensuring safe handling of infectious materials and record patient medical information in the EHR.
To be successful in this role, you will hold an active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license; Emergency Department experience preferred.
