About our Merchandisers: Our merchandisers ensure that the shelves in stores are stocked with products and will display them accordingly for our customers. Merchandising is very important to us because creating new looks will attract new customers and current customers to buy. Our Merchandisers help increase impulse sales and customer awareness of new product lines. Overall, Merchandisers help increase sales by making stores appeal to their customers.

General Information:
Position Title: Retail Merchandiser
Days: Monday – Friday (rare weekend shifts)
Hours: 1st Shift
Location: Stagnaro – 1600 Dolwick Drive, Erlanger, KY 41018

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior merchandising experience a plus
- Able to work under minimal supervision, self-motivated
- Maintains appropriate dress and appearance.
- Must have attention to detail, strong work ethic and good attendance.
- This is a physically demanding job. You must be able to consistently lift between 5-30 pounds and be able to be on your feet all throughout the day.
