Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our fast-paced automotive sales team immediately! In this role, you will be the vital link between our dealership and prospective customers, driving new business through outbound calls, customer engagement, and strategic upselling. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person to generate leads and schedule appointments for vehicle sales.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking customer interactions using CRM software.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects, re-engage previous customers, and promote special offers or inventory updates.
- Develop strong relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and persuasive communication to close deals effectively.
- Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, inventory control, and dealership marketing efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities ensuring organizational efficiency.

- Prior BDC Sales Appointment Setting Agent Experience Required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
