About the Role
As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will oversee complex assembly processes and ensure the seamless integration of electromechanical components. Your leadership will drive production efficiency, maintain rigorous quality standards, and foster a collaborative environment where team members and contractors excel in meeting operational goals.
Responsibilities-
Interpret technical documentation, including assembly drawings and sequence of events, to streamline production workflows.

Execute precise assembly of components using specialized fixtures and measurement tools to guarantee product integrity.

Conduct thorough functional testing of electromechanical subassemblies to ensure high-quality output.

Proactively manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, coordinating supply orders, and verifying incoming materials.

Mentor and train contractors on assembly protocols, safety standards, and operational best practices.

Collaborate with engineering teams to build, test, and refine prototypes and new manufacturing processes.

Troubleshoot equipment and product issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain project momentum.

Document production metrics and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical test equipment.
