Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 1st shift warehouse operations in Summerville, SC.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish and have previous warehouse leadership experience, including experience with case picking operations and LMS (Labor Management System) productivity tracking.
This position will primarily supervise 1st shift, but candidates must have the flexibility to occasionally assist with or oversee 2nd shift operations when business needs require it.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily 1st shift warehouse operations
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates
- Monitor employee productivity using an LMS/Labor Management System
- Track productivity goals and address performance issues
- Oversee case picking and order fulfillment activities
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently
- Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and overall employee performance
- Assign daily workloads and adjust staffing based on operational needs
- Ensure employees follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate expectations and operational updates in both English and Spanish
- Train and develop employees on warehouse procedures and productivity expectations
- Identify workflow or productivity issues and work toward solutions
- Maintain accurate operational and productivity reports
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, performance, and operational concerns
- Occasionally provide supervision and support for 2nd shift operations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required
- Case pick/order picking experience required
- Experience using an LMS (Labor Management System) to track employee productivity required
- Experience managing employee productivity and performance metrics
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attendance, dependability, and follow-through
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
- Must be flexible to occasionally oversee or support 2nd shift when needed
Preferred Experience
- Distribution center or high-volume warehouse experience
- Experience supervising case pick or order selection teams
- Experience working in productivity-driven warehouse operations
- Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting

Primary Shift: 1st Shift
Candidates must have some schedule flexibility, as the Warehouse Supervisor may occasionally be required to remain later or assist with 2nd shift operations based on staffing and operational needs.
