Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment, barcode scanners, and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Pack products securely, ensuring quality control standards are met and items are protected during transit
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and move inventory safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock checks
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Use barcode scanning technology to track inventory movement and ensure precise order fulfillment
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and inventory control
- Basic math skills for counting items and verifying quantities during order processing
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and PPE use
- Warehouse experience or previous roles in shipping & receiving, stock management, or distribution centers is advantageous
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Pay: $16.85 - $20.73 per hour
