**Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.
**Duties:**
- Assist clients with organizing their home and paperwork
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification is a plus
