Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous, bilingual Home Inspector to join our Houston-based team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough evaluations of residential properties, communicate findings with clarity, and contribute to our mission of elevating inspection standards through integrity and technical precision.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties to identify structural, safety, and maintenance concerns
- Assess electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and major components
- Document findings in detailed, client-friendly reports
- Communicate inspection results clearly with clients, answering questions and offering recommendations
- Apply knowledge of construction techniques and building codes to produce accurate evaluations
- Maintain professionalism and client trust throughout each inspection process
Requirements
- TREC Licensed Professional Home Inspector (Active)
- Proficiency in quality control and property assessment
- Ability to read schematics, contracts, and blueprints
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with pipeline data collection and construction documentation
- Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and management principles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for client communication
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules efficiently
