Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
This role requires a strong background in construction site management, quality inspection, and construction management practices. The Construction Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in delivering successful projects that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols for construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Analyze inspection data and identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions on quality standards and inspection procedures for project staff.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate quality assurance into project planning and execution phases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site management, quality control, or construction inspection roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues.
- Experience in managing contracts, data collection, and documentation related to construction projects.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and enforce quality standards effectively.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Construction management experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools, techniques, and software applications.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or quality assurance are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
