Duties

- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products
- Handle cash, process payments securely, and perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting stock counts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone or in person while practicing proper phone etiquette
- Support promotional activities such as product demos or special sales events to boost sales performance
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail math enhances your ability to handle daily tasks efficiently
