Our Program is Rooted In:
- Frog Street Press Curriculum – A research-based, intentional approach that equips teachers with age-appropriate lessons designed to foster cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical growth. You’ll have the tools you need to plan purposeful activities that spark curiosity and learning.
- Dual-Immersion Learning – Children are immersed in both English and Spanish daily, strengthening language skills, cultural awareness, and flexibility of mind.
- Outdoor-Powered Play with Purposeful Structure – Nestled in the beauty of the Teton Valley, we believe children thrive when they move their bodies and explore nature. Our teachers guide this play with a structure that builds confidence, independence, and social skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for children and a desire to create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally — with support to pursue your CDA or build on an Early Childhood Education degree
- GRIT — the resilience to meet challenges with flexibility, positivity, and heart
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time (immediate openings available in Driggs!)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
