Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Pilates team. The ideal candidate will be the most important part of the business, the face of the business. Someone who has strong membership sales skills, is passionate about the fitness industry (preferably Pilates), & team player mindset. This position requires strong customer service skills and work through each situations with a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer service .
- Maintaining a clean & organized workspace to create an open experience for the clients.
- Drive membership/retail sales.
- Assist with grassroot events in the community & farmers market.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Social media experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in assistant manager role or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Strong team management abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
