Naperville Commercial Property Management and Construction Company seeking a Hands-on Experienced commercial Building Maintenance Applicant with some Carpentry and Drywall skills. This is a full-time position, M- Friday, 7-3:30 pm-4 pm, Some occasional weekend and evenings for Projects, Snow/Ice Removal, and emergencies that require off-hour work. 40-43 hours per week. Available to start now.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and repairs consisting of plumbing, HVAC, doors, and more for commercial properties
Perform steel framing, ceiling grid and tiles, demolition, installing door, drywall, taping/sanding, cleaning up jobsites. Perform small to mid-sized office, retail, and industrial buildouts for commercial properties. Including layout, picking up materials, communicating with subs and customers, and meeting inspectors.

Maintain and communicate with customers for 100% satisfaction.
Prioritize maintenance for optimal customer satisfaction
Improve quality control standards.
Maintain vehicles.
Organize warehouses.
Yearly inspections to perform: roofs/drains, triple traps/catch basins/ storms, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, parking lot striping/sweeps, RPZ testing
Snow Removal and salting the properties. This will require early morning, evenings, and weekend cleanup.
Safety as a #1 priority- training, corrections, inspections, reporting, documentation, follow ups.
On time and within budgets for customer projects
Communicate daily with project managers on jobs, paperwork, and customers.
Physical requirements
Must lift up to 100Ibs occasionally during shift.
Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
Stand for long periods of time
Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out
Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, arial equipment

Skills
Commercial Building Maintenance Experience required
Construction experience is a plus.
Good communication with tenants/customers and front office
Dependable and time conscious
Work safely and follow all safety procedures
Follow up and Track open items

Salary $26-30/hour to start with annual wage reviews.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
