Job Description: As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring, following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required.
Job Duties:
- Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
- Monitoring and contacting internet and phone leads
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
- Setting, confirming, and following up on customer inquiries
- Maintains customer information into the designated software system
- Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
- Perform post sale follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements : Automotive experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. We would like you to be part of our future growth!

- Excellent phone/verbal/written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
- Strong-tasking and organization skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Verifiable work history
- Must pass pre-employment testing
