Compensation
- Commission-based earnings
- Typical earnings range from $15–$36+ per hour, including tips
- No service charge deductions
What You'll Do
- Perform professional massage services including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
- Specialty modalities such as Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports, or other advanced techniques are a plus
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and create customized treatment plans
- Recommend service packages and wellness plans to support long-term results
- Educate guests on self-care and the benefits of regular massage therapy
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professionalism and personalized care
- Collaborate with salon and spa team members to enhance the overall guest journey
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Massage Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and bodywork modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and guest-focused mindset
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in specialty massage modalities
- Experience using client management or scheduling software
- Knowledge of complementary wellness practices such as aromatherapy or reflexology
