Sockers FC Chicago is seeking a positive, dynamic, knowledgeable, and hard-working individual who is passionate about supporting female youth soccer development. Candidates should possess the willingness to work within an experienced and dedicated staff that is focused on empowering young female student-athletes. Female coaches are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Requirements:
Possess a minimum of USSF ‘C’ License or equivalent (willingness to work towards further licensure)
US citizen or current valid work permit
Previous soccer coaching/playing experience
Previous experience coaching female youth soccer
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications:
Possess a USSF ‘B’ License
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with female players aged U12-U19
Coach matches and implement training sessions for pools of players
Follow a club methodology, curriculum, and game model
Attend staff meetings, parent meetings, and player meetings
