Qualifications & Skills
- Expert-level ability to operate a powered industrial truck (forklift and related equipment)
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Knowledge, skills, and experience required to conduct Power Truck Operator training
- Understanding of training requirements and safety standards for this position
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Perform performance operating tests prior to employee hiring
- Evaluate employee ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks
- Train employees on how to properly complete Daily Forklift Inspection Sheets
- Load and unload trucks, production lines, and warehouse materials
- Ensure all required PPE is worn and safety procedures are followed
- Issue testing documentation and maintain all relevant training paperwork
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Support safe operations across production and warehouse areas
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions in an industrial environment
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a production and warehouse setting

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
