What You'll Do
- Represent Buyers and Sellers throughout the full real estate transaction process
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients through prospecting, referrals and networking
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients from offer through closing
- Stay current on local market trends, listings, and MLS activity
- Collaborate with Davis Real Estate Group, L.L.C., on marketing and lead generation efforts
- Willing to be constantly learning above and beyond required CEU's
What We're Looking For
- Active Real Estate License
- Minimum 1-3 Years of residential real estate experience
- Proven track record of closed transactions, or have worked as an assistant to performing agent
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Self-Motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate CRM tools
- Must be hard working, willing to work 7 days a week, nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
