*Overview* We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes or residential facilities. *Duties* - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs - Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundering and tidying living spaces - Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises - Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals *Requirements* - Experience or certification in hospice care, nursing home, or home health settings is preferred - Knowledge of patient care practices including vital signs monitoring and memory care - Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to clients - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team - Willingness to work in various settings including home community care, long-term care facilities, and personal care homes.
