As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
Providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity
Building meaningful relationships and offering companionship to residents
Encouraging participation in social activities and community events
Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in assisted living, home care, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
