Overview
Seeking an experienced Punch Press Setup Operator to safely operate punch press equipment, assist with machine setups, perform quality inspections, and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate punch press equipment and assist with setups
- Perform coil changes and minor machine adjustments
- Read blueprints and inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Enter production data into the ERP system
- Complete basic maintenance and material handling
- Train and support operators while following all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of punch press manufacturing experience including setup
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Basic computer and math skills
Schedule & Pay
- $18–$24/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium (2nd shift)
- 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
- Voluntary overtime available on Fridays
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
