Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science, Meteorology, or related field.
- Experience with utilizing PHP for web/API development and/or as a scripting language.
Experience with any of the following is recommended:
- PHP Frameworks, e.g., Laravel, Symfony
- Javascript Frameworks e.g., Angular, React
- Machine Learning / AI
- Linux
- MySQL Database
- GIS/Mapping systems.
- Shell scripting with Bash or Powershell
- Node.JS
- Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Access)
