HVAC New Construction ManagerOverview
Provision Heating & Air is hiring an experienced HVAC New Construction Manager to oversee residential new-construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
This position is responsible for coordinating crews, reviewing project plans, ordering materials, monitoring job progress, and ensuring installations are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards.
The ideal candidate understands residential HVAC construction, communicates well with builders and field employees, and can manage multiple projects at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential new-construction HVAC projects from start to finish
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and equipment selections
- Coordinate rough-in, equipment installation, trim, startup, and final inspections
- Schedule installers and assign work based on project timelines
- Communicate with builders, general contractors, homeowners, suppliers, and office staff
- Order equipment, ductwork, fittings, materials, and job-specific components
- Visit jobsites to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and cleanliness
- Identify potential scheduling, design, or installation problems before they cause delays
- Track labor hours, material usage, change orders, and project profitability
- Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes
- Coordinate permits, inspections, corrections, and project closeout
- Support installers with technical questions and jobsite decisions
- Maintain accurate project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation
- Complete final walkthroughs and verify systems are ready for startup and turnover
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation or new-construction experience
- Previous project management, field supervision, or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ductwork, equipment installation, ventilation, airflow, and HVAC plans
- Ability to manage multiple active projects and changing construction schedules
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using scheduling, job-management, email, and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Washington 06A electrical license or trainee card preferred
- EPA certification preferred

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may occasionally be required based on project schedules, inspections, or jobsite needs.
