A new fine dining restaurant concept in Buffalo is seeking a General Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong passion for hospitality, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will oversee the flow of service while supporting the team in all aspects of daily operations.
· Coordinate and oversee Front of House staff scheduling
· Respond to guest correspondence, manage bookings, and organize private dining requests
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently address guest inquiries and accommodations
· Deliver attentive and streamlined service to ensure a memorable dining experience
· Update, format, and print menus daily
· Supervise nightly dining operations and assist with execution of special events
· Provide proactive hospitality by recognizing returning guests and anticipating preferences
· Collaborate closely with the chef and ownership team to help enhance and evolve the guest experience
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
