Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Based from our Winston Salem office
As a Hospice Chaplain, you will:

Provide compassionate spiritual care to hospice patients and their families in homes and care facilities.

Complete spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care.

Support patients' spiritual beliefs, values, and personal wishes.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Coordinate with community clergy and faith leaders when appropriate.

Provide education and spiritual support to staff and caregivers.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and on-call rotation.

Connect patients and families with community resources as needed.
We're looking for someone who has:

Master's Degree from an accredited theological school or seminary.

Ordination or appropriate denominational endorsement.

Clinical Pastoral Education coursework.

Two years of ministerial experience.

Ability to provide spiritual care across diverse faith traditions and belief systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.

Flexibility to meet patient and family needs.
