As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at our hotel or resort.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations and room assignments.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence.
