We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing, in-house therapy program in a well-established skilled nursing facility (SNF) in St. Petersburg, FL.

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist (OT)
Treat patients in a long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing setting
Incorporate cognitive, behavioral, and functional rehab techniques
Document treatments and progress using Net Health (or similar EMR)
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, etc.)
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and carryover strategies
Active Florida COTA License (required)
Graduate of an accredited OTA program
SNF / LTC experience preferred but not required
Interest or experience in cognitive therapy or behavioral health (a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
