O’Leary Speech Therapy is seeking a part-time pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing private practice! This position is an opportunity to take over an existing pediatric caseload beginning September 7, 2026, with established clients and ongoing therapy needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated OT who is passionate about supporting children and families and interested in growing alongside a new private practice.
The ideal candidate will provide in-home and in-school occupational therapy services throughout the Boston area, while developing meaningful relationships with children, families, and school teams.
Position Requirements
- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about pediatric occupational therapy
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to the needs of clients and families
- Interest in growing and learning alongside a developing private practice
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, make clinical decisions, and collaborate effectively with others
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel between client homes and schools
- Interest in taking on part-time school-based contracts
- Willingness to collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and participate in co-treatment sessions when appropriate
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Massachusetts state licensure
