We are looking for qualified candidates for an exciting and rewarding International Travel Coordinator position. position in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are looking for someone who can think critically, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions that drive results. The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure and juggle competing priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
This fast-paced, high-responsibility role demands a 24/7 mindset and cross-border coordination. If you're slow to respond, easily overwhelmed, or need step-by-step instructions, this position may not be suitable.
Starting Pay: $24/hr during training. After training, there are progressive, performance-based increases up to $40/hr.

Available Shifts - Priority given to applicants with open availability
· Shift A: Wed–Sat, 23:30–08:30, 22:00–06:00, or similar/mixed schedule
· Shift B: Wed-Sun, 12:00-20:00, or similar/mixed schedule
· Shift C: Mon, Thurs–Sun, 16:00–24:00, or similar/mixed schedule
· Shift D: Sat & Sun, 08:00–16:00, or similar/mixed schedule

Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Manage competing priorities using logic and structured thinking
· Coordinate patient travel arrangements, including, but not limited, to flights and ambulances
· Communicate with clients and service providers via phone and email
· Quote incoming mission requests promptly
· Track the progress of ongoing missions and respond to any questions or concerns as they come up
· Quickly analyze situations and use critical thinking to make safe, informed decisions
· Advancement within the company is achievable
Requirements/Experience:
· Associate’s degree
· Proficiency in written and spoken English at a professional level (bilingual skills are a plus)
· Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs
· Prior experience in a professional office setting preferred
· Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proven history of developing creative solutions
· Capable of working independently
· Attention to detail
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Be an active and proactive team member
· Basic knowledge of international logistics (familiar with states and countries)
· Strong intercultural communication skills emphasizing diplomacy, sensitivity, and empathy
· Maintain a positive attitude
