Job Description
- Lead domestic and international accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Oversee accounting managers and teams responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and related functions.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L variance analysis.
- Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls, product costing, cost of goods sold, and gross margin reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, local accounting requirements, and internal control standards.
- Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities for international subsidiaries.
- Support transfer pricing, international audits, tax reporting, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage banking relationships, cash management, wire and ACH controls, hedging activities, and insurance-related financial matters.
- Lead finance-related technology initiatives, system improvements, reporting automation, and process standardization.
- Support due diligence activities related to acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial information.
- Hire, coach, develop, and provide leadership to accounting professionals across the organization.
Qualifications
- CPA certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Proven accounting team leadership and management experience required.
- Strong progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
- Manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with inventory accounting and product costing strongly preferred.
- International or multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP required; IFRS experience is highly valued.
- Experience with audits, transfer pricing, cash management, and banking relationships is a plus.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and process-improvement skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
